Delivery Policy


All of orders are dispatched via road courier.

1st Line Digital Pty Ltd T/A Office Technologies & Services & First Line Europe Ltd takes no responsibility for lost orders if customers provide incorrect address details.

Delivery Times

Your order will be processed within 48 hours and mailed to you in plain packaging and attractively wrapped at no additional cost. Goods delivered within Australia will take two to seven working days. For delivery outside Australia, please allow up to twenty working days.

If by any chance we are out of stock of an item you will be notified and given a new delivery date. If this is not satisfactory you will be given the option of cancelling the order.

Please note that all processing and delivery times are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

In the rare instance that it takes longer than 48 hours to process your order, one of our staff will email you with a revised estimated delivery time.

Online Order by Credit Card

You will need to submit your name, delivery address, email address and credit card details. Your information is encrypted for safe transmission to our warehouse. Over the Phone by Credit Card:

If you prefer, you may order by phone. Simply call 1300 73 11 25 and one of our friendly customer service staff will be happy to take your order. Our lines are staffed Monday to Friday10.00am to 5.00 pm(EST) and Saturday 10.00am to 5.00pm (EST). This service is not available on Sunday.

Post Order with Cheque, Money Order or Credit Card details: 
You may place an order by post by submitting an order form and including your name, delivery address, email address and posting it with your cheque, money order or credit card details to:
